All three bedrooms contain comfortable King-size beds, with views onto the forest behind the property. An additional single daybed with trundle in the lounge room provides additional sleeping accommodation for two people.

A fully equipped kitchen includes breadmaker, microwave, cappucino/coffee machine and a dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats 8 adults, and there is ample sofa space in the large lounge room for everyone. If the games provided and wildlife-spotting don't provide enough entertainment, there is a VCR/DVD player and TV and a CD player. A selection of CDs and DVDs is supplied (videos and DVDs can also be rented at the Wollombi General Store).

Outdoors, a large deck area completes the picture, with an outdoor table, BBQ and daybed for soaking up the afternoon sun. The pool area has several recliners for sunbaking.
